HomeAware is intended for personal household use. Data protection and privacy laws in your state may impose certain responsibilities on you and your use of HomeAware. The HomeAware sensor is intended for use only in the United States of America, and all of our information is stored in the United States. If you do not want your information to be used for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, or would like your information deleted, you must withdraw from the Beta User program by contacting us at the address listed below and requesting that your information be deleted. We will attempt to comply with your request, unless we have to maintain your information for business, legal, or tax purposes.
